Gear Up for Less

Dirt riding comes with roost, ruts, and the occasional slide-out, and the right protection gear for motorcycle riders keeps you clean and safe. At Motorcycle Closeouts, our off-road lineup covers chest protectors, knee and elbow guards, neck braces, and full body armor, all priced 30%, 50%, or more below original retail. Nothing here is blemished or second-rate. These are first-quality pieces of protective gear carrying the same manufacturer's warranty you'd get paying full price at a dealership.

Built to Take a Hit

Our motorcycle armor pairs hard outer shells with soft foam underneath, so impact absorption happens right where you need it. Guards and protectors from Leatt, Alpinestars, and Fly Racing carry CE certification, and many list a CE level so you can compare impact protection at a glance. Soft pads use viscoelastic materials that stay flexible while you ride and firm up when they take a hit. Hard shells add abrasion resistance for slides, and a back protector spreads force across your spine instead of one small area. An armored jacket or full upper body suit pulls shoulder, elbow, chest, and back coverage into one layer for maximum protection.

Match Your Gear to Your Riding

The right safety gear depends on where you ride and how hard you push. Trail riders often do fine with knee guards, elbow guards, and a light roost deflector, while motocross and enduro racers lean toward a full chest protector, body armor, and a neck brace. Some guards slide under your motorcycle pants and jersey like a base layer, and others strap over the top, so check how each piece works with the motorcycle clothing you already own. Look for a snug fit that doesn't slide around when you move, since gear that shifts gives a rider less protection in a motorcycle accident. Pair your armor with a full-face off-road helmet and goggles for eye protection, since a head injury can be most severe.

Great gear at a great price for a new rider!
- Johnny
I have ordered many items from the site and have always had a great experience. The prices seem fair, the products have been of good quality, and shipping has been prompt. I will continue to buy from Motorcycle Closeouts.
- Bryan

Keep Your Protective Gear Working

A little upkeep goes a long way. Rinse mud off hard shells with cool water and mild soap, then let everything air dry out of direct sun. Pull removable liners and pads and wash them by hand so sweat doesn't break down the foam. Check straps, buckles, and hinges before longer rides, and look closely at any piece that took a hard impact. Crushed foam won't give you the best protection anymore, so swap it out.

Why Motorcycle Closeouts

Motorcycle Closeouts has sold quality riding gear at closeout prices since 2002, shipping protective clothing and safety gear to riders across the United States at 30%, 50%, or more off retail. Every piece of protective gear we carry meets the maker's safety standards and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty. Our staff includes real riders and racers who can help with sizing and fit. Round out your kit with our off-road helmets, MX boots, and full-fingered gloves for extra protection on every ride.
