The Tourmaster Zephyr Mesh Pants are built for riders who want maximum airflow, protection, and adaptability for changing conditions. Large high-flow R1 mesh panels deliver direct ventilation to keep you cool, while the abrasion-resistant 450D ripstop stretch polyester chassis provides durability for daily touring miles. Reinforced 600D ripstop stretch nylon overlays with a protective laminate at the knees add extra abrasion resistance where it matters most, and a DWR coating helps shed water and resist stains.
CE-certified Armanox™ Phoenix soft flex armor comes standard at the knees and hips, offering Level 2 impact protection that moves naturally with your body. A removable zippered waterproof and thermal liner extends the pants’ versatility when weather conditions shift. Strategically placed stretch panels, along with slightly pre-curved and rotated legs, create a comfortable riding position on long days in the saddle. Storage is handled with large hand pockets and oversized cargo pockets, while 3M® Scotchlite™ reflective accents enhance visibility. Finished with adjustable waist straps, silicone grip at the waistband, wide hook-and-loop leg openings, genuine YKK® zippers, and an 8-inch pant-to-jacket attachment zipper, the Zephyr Mesh Pants are a complete warm-weather touring solution.
