To find the right size, measure your head circumference and choose a helmet that corresponds with the measurement. The helmet should sit level on your head and cover your forehead above your eyebrows but should not tip forward or backward. The helmet should not wobble when you shake your head either. You want the helmet strap to be secure around your chin without choking you. You should be able to slide 2 fingers between the strap and your chin. 2. Fit - A bike that is uncomfortable because it’s too big or small will negatively affect your riding performance. You should be able to stand over the bike with your feet comfortably on the ground and have a few inches between your body and the top tube of the frame.


Other things you should consider are: frame material, components such as brakes, gears and wheels and the quality of these components, and then of course the price and how you feel when you ride it. Overall, choosing the right bike involves finding the right balance between quality, performance, and affordability, while also ensuring that it fits you properly and is designed for your intended use.
